Julian Assange, founder and publisher of WikiLeaks, has been arrested by the UK authorities. He faces extradition to the United States for conspiracy to hack a computer in the 2010 release of the Iraq War Logs, documents provided to WikiLeaks by Chelsea Manning. In this new book of original writing, a distinguished group of contributors, comprising lawyers, activists, artists and journalists, set out the case for defending Assange and securing his immediate release.
