My friend and long-time comrade David Duboff passed away on May 19, the birthday of Malcolm X and Ho Chi Minh.
A funeral will be held at Graveside at Arborcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Ann Arbor on Friday May 24 at 10:00 AM.
David and I attended the University of Michigan together and became close comrades in Students for a Democratic Society in the struggles against war, imperialism, and white supremacy. .
David was widely admired and respected for his wit, his integrity, his sense of justice, and the persistence with which he struggled through many personal obstacles over many years.
I miss him.
